Refund policy
1. Returns
In the event of a wrong or mixed-up order, customer is entitled to an exchange. However, the incorrect item must be returned at the point of exchange in its original condition and not consumed.
Items that are consumed, tampered with, or significantly altered may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund
Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, the attention of the delivery rider must be called immediately before accepting the order.
Due to the nature of baked goods and food safety regulations, opened items cannot be not returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
• The wrong item was delivered and customer is not in need of exchange.
• The product arrived significantly damaged due to an error on our part.
• There is a verifiable quality issue that makes the product inedible upon arrival.
To be eligible:
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photo or video evidence must be provided.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds may be issued as:
• A full or partial refund
• A replacement
• Store credit
The method will be determined based on a case-by-case basis.
4.Refund Time Frame
All refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
