ORDER CONFIRMATION & CHANGE POLICY

To ensure every order meets our quality standards, we follow a strict production process.

• All orders are prepared based on confirmed requests and payment.

• Once an order is confirmed, it is scheduled for baking and cannot be changed at short

notice.

• Custom requests (e.g., toppings, packaging, quantity, specific delivery time, customisations)

must be clearly stated before confirmation.

• Production is done in batches, so slight variations in appearance may occur.

• We reserve the right to decline last-minute orders during peak periods to maintain quality.

By placing an order with Cinnamona, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not accept orders, sell items, or include notes intended for non-Islamically prescribed

events or celebrations, including birthdays, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, or gifts for such

occasions.

• Any order containing such requests will be cancelled.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
