Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
• Cinnamona delivers to Abuja and surrounding areas by default.
• Interstate deliveries (outside Abuja) are occasionaly available for select locations and may require additional shipping arrangements.

2. Delivery Times
• Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or order confirmation.
• Same-day or next-day deliveries are subject to availability.
• While we strive to deliver on time, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cinnamona is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
3. Delivery Charges
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, order size, and special handling requirements.
• Fees are displayed at checkout or confirmed at the time of order.

4. Waiting Time & Redelivery
Delivery riders will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes at the delivery location.
If the order is not received within this time, it will be considered a failed delivery.
Redelivery will attract an additional delivery fee, which must be paid before rescheduling.
5. Order Handover & Liability
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery
address.
• Failed deliveries due to unavailability or incorrect address may incur additional delivery fees.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
• Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
• Any errors or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo/video evidence.

7. Special Conditions
• Orders placed outside of Cinnamona’s official ordering channels may not be delivered and may
not be eligible for resolution in case of errors.• Delivery to certain locations may require additional coordination with the customer.
PICKUP POLICY
We strive to make your pickup experience smooth and convenient.
• Customers must arrive at the agreed pickup time to collect their orders.
• Orders not picked up within the scheduled time may affect product quality, and we will not be held responsible.
• A valid order number or confirmation is required at pickup.
• If someone else is picking up on your behalf, please inform us in advance.
• Unclaimed orders may be discarded after a reasonable waiting period without refund.
• Change of pickup time: Orders for pickup will be prepared at their selected pickup time. Early
pickups or rescheduling to an earlier slot after placing your order is subject to availability.
For pickup orders collected directly by the customer or by a third-party delivery rider arranged
by the customer, Cinnamona is not liable for any damage, loss, or spoilage that occurs after the product has left our kitchen.
